How to purchase?

When will my order arrive?

What to do if my package is lost?

If your package is lost or there are any other issues with the delivery, we will resend the items or process a refund for you.

What packaging does my package come in?

Purchased shoes are primarily packaged in individual boxes, while clothing is packed in plastic bags.

If I order more than two items, will my order be shipped in one package?

If you order two or more items, they may be shipped separately, and multiple tracking numbers will be provided for you to monitor their status.

Do you accept wholesale or dropshipping?

For wholesale inquiries, please directly contact our customer service team. For dropshipping, just fill in the customer’s address when placing the order, we will not include any information related to us.

Why haven’t I received my tracking number after a few days?

If you haven’t received your tracking number a few days after purchase, it might be because some items are being restocked. Generally, if the restocking time is short, we will not notify you separately but will ship immediately once the restocking is completed. If the item is out of stock after ordering, we will notify you promptly, and you can choose to replace it with another item or request a refund.
