When can I expect my order to be shipped?

We will not cancel your order after 24 hours of purchase

Standard handling time for orders is 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) for processing and shipping.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM (PST) may be processed the next business day.
During holidays and other peak seasons, processing and shipping times may increase.
We are unable to change the shipping address or shipping method selected after checkout.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

International Shipping:
For orders from European countries, please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential additional charges.

We are not responsible for items that have been delivered confirmed – you may file a claim with DHL/ USPS/FEDEX. However, if the item is marked “Delivered”, we are not responsible for items that are stolen/lost from the package/marked “Delivered” but cannot be found.

***Due to the nature of international shipping and the use of partner postal services, sometimes items can be held in transit for several days. Items are not considered lost and eligible for reshipping until 60 days after the ship date. If the item has not arrived after 60 days, we will reissue the missing item with a new one.

Once your order ships, we will send an email containing your shipment tracking information to the email address provided on your order.

Once the order leaves our warehouse, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the delivery of the goods.

Delivery failed/returned to sender/package abandoned *IMPORTANT*

If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to an incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense and a flat fee of $50.00 per pair rates as the shoes will be lost and we will not be able to recover them. The customer will also be responsible for paying shipping costs incurred. ($25.00 per pair with free shipping, $45.00 per pair with Fedex)

If there is no recipient on all delivery attempts, your package will be held at the local shipping center for pickup. If the customer fails to pick up the package for any reason, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense and a flat fee of $50.00 per pair as the shoes will be lost and we will not be able to recover them. The customer will also be responsible for paying shipping costs incurred. ($25.00 per pair, free shipping, $45.00 per pair)

For international customers, if you refuse to accept the package, the package will be returned to kickefoot at your expense. ($25.00 per pair, free shipping, $45) This fee includes shipping and any duties and taxes that may be incurred on the package; this amount will be deducted from the total refund.
